Roy and his girlfriend Vivienne arrive at their childhood home in Italy. The short holiday promises a wonderful time with his long-time family, and the Sicilian sun and beautiful nature promise romantic evenings, hot and passionate nights together. Spending her days at Roy's family villa, Vivien accidentally rescues a girl, Anna, who has been injured in a motorbike accident. It turns out that Anna and Roy share a secret that Vivienne would rather not know about.
