Documentary "Golden Year" follows five Latvian motorsport athletes and their whereabouts in 2017 – the movie gives behind the scenes story on Pauls Jonass competing at World Motocross Championship, Jānis Baumanis and Reinis Nitišs, who were both competing at World Rallycross Championship, as well as Konstantīns Calko – first Latvian to race at 24 Hours of Le Mans, and Kristaps Blušs, who traveled across the Atlantic to drive at Formula Drift championship in USA.
