1h 30min  |  Documentary  |  Release Date: 15.09.2015

Towards the end of World War II, when it became clear that Latvia would be occupied by the Soviet Army again, about 150,000 people fled to Germany. Latvians tried to establish “Little Latvia” at displaced persons camps for themselves as refugees.

Settling in Great Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia, "Little Latvia" helped. But when Latvia regained its independence, many of them could not return, having set roots elsewhere.
