Girl Nastya arrives in Moscow to study "for a composer". She doesn't get into conservatorium, but teacher who appreciated her talent, takes responsibility to teach her. Nastya's life in Moscow doesn't go well. With difficulty she finds a job at millionaire's Dmitry house as housemaid, but except common troubles the real tragedy happens in her life - she cease to hear music...
