Eva, a sixteen-year-old aristocratic orphan, lives under the tutelage of the Baron, a local landowner in rural Latvia in the late 19th century. The Baron schemes to lay his hands on Eva’s family inheritance by marrying her off. Free spirited Eva, intent on not letting this happen, runs away from home in a daring escape. Determined to find her, The Baron sends a search party to bring the girl back. Will Eva manage to escape the Baron? Will her skills with a shotgun and new found love protect her?
