Cinema Club rules

1. Cinema Club levels

To become a Cinema Friend, all you have to do is to register for free on the website www.forumcinemas.lv.

By actively visiting the cinema and buying tickets, each Cinema Friend has the opportunity to get to the next levels of the Cinema Club and receive bigger discounts and bonuses - to become a Cinema Fan you need to buy at least 14 cinema tickets during the year, but you can enjoy the benefits of Cinema Guru if you have purchased 42 or more cinema tickets using your Cinema Club profile during the course of the year (365 days).

2. The Cinema Club Loyalty Programme calculation

The loyalty year of the "Forum Cinemas" Cinema Club consists of 365 calendar days. Promotion to a higher loyalty level occurs automatically (every 3 hours) by counting the cinema visits of each Cinema Club member, starting from 365 days before the current day - until the current day (hereinafter - the number of visits) .

  • Cinema Friend
    Cinema Friend status level is met by all customers who register in the Cinema Club.
    When the number of visits reaches 14 or more, the status level is automatically raised to the next level within the next 3 hours (according to the number of visits – [14…41] Cinema Fan, [42…] Cinema Guru ).
    If the number of visits of a Cinema Club member does not exceed 13, then the Kino Friend status level is maintained unchanged.
  • Cinema Fan
    The status level of Cinema Fan corresponds to registered customers with the number of visits between 14 and 41.
    The status level is granted for 365 days (or until receiving a higher loyalty level).
    When the number of visits reaches 42 or more, the status level is automatically raised to the highest level - Cinema Guru within the next 3 hours.
    When 365 days have passed at this status level, the loyalty level for the next 365 days ([0…13] Kino Friend, [14…41] Cinema Fan, [42…] Cinema Guru) is activated for the Cinema Club member according to the number of visits at that time.
  • Cinema Guru
    The Cinema Guru status level is met by registered customers with at least 42 visits.
    A status level is granted for 365 days.
    When 365 days have passed at this status level, the loyalty level for the next 365 days ([0-13] Kino Friend, [14-41] Cinema Fan, [42…] Cinema Guru) is activated for the Cinema Club member according to the number of visits at that time.

3. Cinema Club bonuses

3.1 Discounts for cinema tickets

Cinema Club members are given the opportunity to receive the following Cinema Club discounts when purchasing movie tickets at cash desks, on the Internet and in mobile apps:

  • Cinema Friend – 2 tickets for each movie with a 10% discount
  • Cinema Fan – 4 tickets for each movie with a 15% discount
  • Cinema Guru – 6 tickets for each movie with a 20% discount

Discounts are not valid for certain special events.

3.2 Discounts on snacks and drinks

Cinema Club members are given the opportunity to receive the following Cinema Club discounts when purchasing snacks and soft drinks in the PopHouse cafe on the 2nd floor:

  • Cinema Friend – 10% discount
  • Cinema Fan – 15% discount
  • Cinema Guru - 20% discount

Snacks included in the offer:

  • popcorn (sweet/salty/cheddar cheese) – S/M/L/XL size
  • bacon snacks – S/L size
  • nachos (with salsa or cheese sauce)
  • DOUBLE snack (sweet + salty popcorn | sweet popcorn + bacon snacks | salty popcorn + bacon snacks)

Drinks included in the offer:

  • Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar, Mirinda, 7Up – in small, medium and large sizes

Discounts cannot be combined with other special offers.

3.3 Every tenth ticket is free

After buying every ninth ticket - at the end of the day of the session attended with this ticket, you will receive a free e-voucher in the "My e-Vouchers" section of your profile. The e-voucher is valid for 30 days from the moment of receipt.

You can track how many tickets have been collected in the "My Profile" section.

Free cinema tickets do not count towards the number of tickets.

3.4 Every eighth Cinema Club snack combo is free

This offer (opportunity to collect a free Cinema Club snack combo) is valid until 07.12.2023. After this date, this bonus is closed.

The Family Pack is available on movies rated U, N7 and select movies rated N12.

3.5.5 Collectible Tickets

4. Cinema Club card

The Cinema Club card provides its owner with price discounts and bonuses in the cinema "Forum Cinemas" according to the Cinema Club status level.

The Cinema Club card is valid for use in the "Forum Cinemas" cinema at all points of sale.

4.1 Cinema Club Digital Card

A Cinema Club Digital card is created for a registered Cinema Club member. It's a QR code available on the home page under My Profile and on the mobile apps under My Account.

4.2 Cinema Club plastic card

In addition, there is an opportunity to purchase a plastic Cinema Club customer card. It can be purchased at any of the cinema's sales points - box office, "PopHouse" cafe , "Hot'n Fresh" and the rooftop bar "Vertigo". It is a plastic card with a magnetic stripe and a QR code.

4.3 Use of the Cinema Club card

Cinema Club card can only be used by its owner. In the event that the card is used by another person, it is the responsibility of the customer service person to hold the card. If the customer's attendant has doubts as to whether the card is being handled by its owner, it is his duty to ask for an identity document.

4.3.1 Loss of the plastic Cinema Club card

The owner of the card is obliged to immediately inform the cinema "Forum Cinemas" about damage, loss or theft of the card by writing an e-mail to: kino@forumcinemas.lv or by personally coming to the cinema and contacting any of the employees of the cinema. A lost or stolen card is cancelled.

If there is a card, the loss of which has already been reported, the owner of the card is requested to immediately notify the cinema "Forum Cinemas" by writing an e-mail to: kino@forumcinemas.lv or by personally coming to the cinema and contacting any of the cinema employees.

4.3.2 Cinema Club card validity period

The Cinema Club card does not have an expiration date. The card works until one of the parties decides to terminate the person's membership in the loyalty program. Cinema "Forum Cinemas" reserves the right to change the conditions and discounts of the Cinema Club card without prior notice.

5. Newsletter

Cinema Club members can to sign up to receive weekly cinema news in their e-mail and to receive personalized offers in the form of SMS messages. These choices can be changed and edited in the Cinema Club profile: https://www.forumcinemas.lv/mypage/newsletter/.

6. Withdrawal from the Cinema Club

In order to withdraw from Cinema Club, a registered member must send an electronic application to e-mail kino@forumcinemas.lv. In the withdrawal process, the Cinema Club profile and all data related to it are deleted. The profile is deleted within 10 working days.
Cinema Club account deletion can be done also from mobile applications.
