The film is directed by Michael Gracey,direcor of the musical "The Greatest Showman" and producer of the musical biography of Elton John "Rocketman".

It was Gracey who proposed the idea that Robbie Williams would be presented ... in the form of a shameless two-legged and very loud chimpanzee, whose movements and voice in dialogues were given by the British actor and dancer Jono Davies. All the songs are performed by Robbie Williams himself.

Movie is in English with subtitles in Latvian and Russian.
