A dramedy anthology of four episodes about the human part of the Song and Dance Festival movement. The script is based on true events, as real life is more colourful than any film script. Each series has one central event or story and one or more main characters who understand something during the series or, on the contrary, understand nothing at the end. Each series is self-contained and can be watched independently of the other series. Each series is made by a different director with his own unique signature.

The movie is in Latvian with subtitles in English.
