HOW TO BUY MOVIE TICKETS ON THE INTERNET? |
|
Forumcinemas.lv offers you a chance to buy movie tickets to the movie theatre of the Forum Cinemas chain - Parex Plaza. We will hereby instruct you what to do in order to complete this process successfully.
Important information.
You must be a registered member to buy tickets on Internet.
Novelty – you can pay for a ticket with your Gift Voucher!
You can pay for the tickets with credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) and debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron), if the issuer bank has granted payments on the Internet.
    
Usage of payment cards issued to another person and/or the data of the payment cards, including for purchase of goods or services, is illegal. Any person responsible for this offence can be called to justice according to the Criminal Law of the Republic of Latvia.
Tickets for film shows at the film theatre of “Forum Cinemas”, “Parex Plaza”, paid for with a payment card belonging to another person, do not give the right to attend the shows. |

STEP 1: SIGN IN
In case you are not a member of Cinema Club or haven't yet registered yourself as a user of Forumcinemas.lv, then the first thing to do would be to register yourself as a user. In case you already are a member of our Club Club, please enter your username and password into their specific slots situated in the upper right corner of the webpage and sign in. |

STEP 2: CHOOSE A FILM |
|
Choose a film you wish to attend. It can be done on the sections „Home”, „Schedule” or „Movies”. | |

STEP 3: PICK A SHOW |
|
Pick a preferable time for the film show and click on it. Make sure if the right show is chosen and then click „BUY TICKET”. | |

STEP 4: PICK SEATS EITHER IN THE HALL OR ON THE BALCONY
For Auditorium 1 and Auditorium 2 pick seats either in the hall or on the balcony. |

STEP 5: PICK THE NUMBER OF TICKETS
Pick the number of necessary tickets on the corresponding price category. To continue confirm your choice. |

STEP 6: PICK SEATS
The plan of the hall will open in the window. Seats offered to you will be marked up in yellow. You will be able to change them by clicking on the free seats marked up in green. You have 10 minutes for choosing the seats and completing the purchase. Confirm your choice of seats |

STEP 7: CONTENTS OF YOUR PURCHASE BASKET
At this stage you will be able to start paying for the chosen tickets. An option to return to the Schedule and pick tickets for another show or another film is offered at this stage if you wish to purchase tickets for various shows.
If some of the purchase items shown on the screen do not suit you they can be cancelled by removing from the purchase basket.
Novelty – you can pay for a ticket with your Gift Voucher!
To pay with your Cinema Card you have to enter its number (11 digits above the bar code).
Cinema Card automatically covers the price of the most expensive ticket from the basket. To pay with your Cinema Card for a ticket on the balcony you have to pay an extra LVL 1.

STEP 8: CONFIRM BEFORE PAY
Here you can view your ticket purchase form. Please check if the films, date and time of the shows, as well as the prices chosen are corresponding. Click CONFIRM to verify your purchase and follow to the next window to complete the purchase of the tickets. |

STEP 9: ENTER THE DETAILS OF YOUR PAYMENT CARD
To complete the payment, please fill out all of the fields required EXACTLY AS ON YOUR BANK CARD and press „Send” to continue. ALWAYS CHECK HOW MUCH TIME IS LEFT FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THE PAYMENT!
Never accept a payment if the time is over! If you make the payment later the purchase of tickets will not be confirmed but the money will be still discounted from you account. Therefore please be careful and start from the beginning if you feel that you are running out of time.
Holders of MasterCard and Visa Cards are required to enter also CVV2/CVC2 (last 3 digits on the back of the card following the number of the card). Holders of American Express cards are required to enter CID (4 digits above the number of the card). |

STEP 10 : PRINTING OF TICKETS
Novelty – you can print your tickets from our ATM.
When the payment is completed an invoice with a reference number of the payment made will appear in the window. It is possible to print your tickets from this window. If you are not able to do it, please, put down the number of invoice and print your tickets at the box office of the film theatre or from the ATM of the film theatre.
The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your profile with a PDF file with tickets attached.
To print your tickets successfully from our ATM you will need the following:
- a corresponding invoice number (6 digits);
- a birth date, DDMMYYYY, corresponding to the date entered in your profile. |

STEP 11: PRINT THE TICKETS
Click on PRINT TICKETS in the window showing the invoice of the purchase. A new window will open where the tickets will be seen. To print the tickets choose File > Print, select the printer and start printing. Check if the printed tickets contain a bar code and cut them from the printed paper. Use of the printed tickets is not different from the use of the tickets received at the box office of the film theatre.
We ask you to avoid of copying of the tickets since only the first spectator with the original bar code on the ticket will be admitted to the show. The rest of the spectators showing tickets with the same bar code will not be admitted. If you are not able to print the tickets go to the box office of the film theatre, show the NUMBER OF INVOICE and get the tickets there or PRINT THEM YOURSELF from the ATM of the film theatre.
In case you are not able to print your tickets they are saved at MY CINEMA > My tickets, thus making it possible to print them also later (before the show). Tickets are kept there until the end of the show (then they disappear). |
