Ba, a recently graduated Conservatoire musician, returns to his hometown expecting a bright job prospect, hopeful to pursue his music passion. When he refuses to play for his father's new girlfriend and is kicked out, Ba navigates the rundown district of the small, working-class town, encountering characters both new and familiar along the way.
