At the end of the seventies - at a time when the fiercest propaganda against western culture was spread throughout the USSR - an ardent rock music fan has created a successful and illegal underground jeans factory in a psychiatric hospital in Latvia.

There will be two breaks during the screening - each 20 minutes long.

The movie is in Latvian, Russian and English, with Latvian subtitles only in the scenes where other languages are spoken.
