Terms of Use of Cinema Gift Vouchers

Cinema Gift Voucher

These Terms apply to Cinema Gift Vouchers, PREMIUM Gift Vouchers and Children Gift Vouchers.

  • Cinema Gift Voucher is valid for use for 6 months from the next day after purchase;
  • Cinema Gift Voucher is valid for one person for one movie attendance up to 10,20 EUR of value(either 2D or 3D) at any time at the film theatre Forum Cinemas;
  • PREMIUM Cinema Gift Voucher is valid for one person for one movie attendance up to 13,20 EUR of value (either 2D or 3D) at any time at the film theatre Forum Cinemas, PEPSI, LUX or any other auditorium;
  • Children Gift Voucher is valid for one child up to the age of 12 for one attendance of a movie with the age limit U or N7 and for some movies also N12, at PEPSI, LUX or any other auditorium;
  • Children Gift Voucher is valid to pay for a Children Category movie ticket;
  • Before the show, Cinema Gift Voucher, PREMIUM Gift Voucher and Children Gift Voucher must be exchanged for a ticket at the cinema box office or on www.forumcinemas.lv;
  • Cinema Gift Vouchers, PREMIUM and Children Gift Vouchers can be purchased at the box office of the film theatre Forum Cinemas or on www.forumcinemas.lv;
  • Cinema Gift Voucher, PREMIUM Gift Voucher is not valid for Cinema Club and Student ticket categories. (When purchasing a ticket with a gift card, you must select the Adult or Event ticket category);
  • Refund of the difference between the Cinema Gift Voucher, PREMIUM or Children Gift Voucher and the ticket price is not applicable;
  • The unused Cinema Gift Vouchers, PREMIUM and Children Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged after the expiry date;
  • It is forbidden to sell or otherwise commercially use Cinema Gift Vouchers, PREMIUM and Children Gift Vouchers without the permission of Forum Cinemas;

PopHouse Gift Voucher

  • PopHouse Gift Voucher is valid for use for 6 months from the next day after purchase;
  • PopHouse Gift Voucher is valid for use at the PopHouse cafe on the second floor of the film theatre Forum Cinemas.
  • PopHouse Gift Vouchers must be exchanged for the corresponding set of snacks and drinks listed at the purchase of the card.
  • PopHouse Gift Vouchers can be purchased at the box office of the film theatre Forum Cinemas or on www.forumcinemas.lv;
  • Refund of the difference between the PopHouse Gift Voucher and the price of products is not applicable;
  • The unused PopHouse Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged after the expiry date;
  • It is forbidden to sell or otherwise commercially use PopHouse Gift Vouchers without the permission of Forum Cinemas;

e-Voucher

  • e-Vouchers are available in electronic form only and cannot be printed or forwarded!
  • e-Voucher is valid for use immediately after its purchase;
  • e-Voucher is valid for use for one person for one movie attendance (either 2D or 3D) at any time at the film theatre Forum Cinemas, except PEPSI and LUX auditoriums;
  • Before the show e-Voucher must be exchanged for a ticket at the cinema box office, on www.forumcinemas.lv or the mobile application;
  • e-Vouchers can be purchased only on www.forumcinemas.lv;
  • Refund of the difference between the e-Voucher and the ticket price is not applicable;
  • e-Voucher is not valid for Special Events – broadcasts of opera and ballet performances, concerts, football games and other broadcasts;
  • The unused e-Vouchers will not be exchanged after the expiry date;
