What is Cinema Club?

If going to cinema is one of your favourite pass-times and you would like to receive discounts and other bonuses, Cinema Club is for you!

Kino Citadele welcomes all film fans who follow all the latest releases, enjoy the quality of the big screen and professional sound and memorable moments in the cinema auditorium, to join our loyalty programme – Cinema Club.

Depending on the quantity of tickets purchased during the current year, members of the Cinema Club receive one of the three status levels: Cinema Friends, Cinema Fans and Cinema Gurus.

To become a Cinema Friend all you have to do is register on our homepage free of charge - here.

To receive discounts when purchasing tickets at the cinema box office and shopping at our vending stalls, we recommend you to purchase a Cinema Club Card that will serve as your ID card regardless of your Cinema Club status level at the moment. The price of the Card is only Ls 1 and you can buy it at Kino Citadele. You will receive the Card right after the purchase and it does not have an expiry date.
Members of our collaboration partners’ loyalty programmes can also join the Cinema Club. Holders of Stockman’s Loyal Customer Card (except Stockmann MasterCard), Čili Pica Friend’s Card, BalticMiles basic card (except BalticMiles payment cards) and Viada Client’s Card do not have to purchase the Cinema Club Card. They can use their current loyalty card after attaching it to their registered profile at any vending place of the cinema: box office, popcorn stall, candy stall, café Casa Blanca and bar Jameson Lounge.
Each Cinema Friend can enter the next Cinema Club level and receive bigger discounts and bonuses by actively going to cinema and purchasing tickets. To become a Cinema Fan one can purchase at least 18 cinema tickets during the year but the advantages of being a Cinema Guru one can enjoy after purchasing 52 or more cinema tickets from one’s Cinema Club profile within the current year.

Members of the Cinema Club receive bonuses according to their status level in the Club. The more regularly you visit our cinema and purchase tickets, the higher status level and bigger discounts and bonuses you will receive.
Just by registering on our homepage here, anybody can become a Cinema Friend and receive up to 5% discount for two tickets to any film. You can increase your movie experience with medium popcorn set that Cinema Friends can buy for an especially friendly price!
If you visit cinema regularly to watch the latest movies and purchase at least 18 cinema tickets during the current year, you will be promoted to the next Cinema Club level with the status of a Cinema Fan and receive up to 15% discount for two tickets to any film as well as special discounts (up to 15%) for our special offers at our vending places in the cinema.
If cinema going is an integral part of your entertainment and you purchase 52 or more cinema tickets during the year we will call you a Cinema Guru and grant you a special discount up to 20% for two tickets to any film as well as a wide choice of special offers for great discounts (up to 20%) at all our vending places as other special offers and extra bonuses.

The year of the Cinema Club loyalty programme of Kino Citadele consists of 365 calendar days.


Cinema Friend

The status of Cinema Friend is given to any client who has registered at the Cinema Club. If the client purchases less than 17 tickets during the 365 day period, his or her status remains unchanged. As soon as the client purchases 18 or more cinema tickets, his or her status is automatically upgraded to the next level – Cinema Fan.

Cinema Fan

The status of Cinema Fan is given to any client who has purchased 18 or more cinema tickets during the 365 day period. If the client has not purchased 18 or more tickets during the next 365 day period since his or her upgrade, his or her status is downgraded back to Cinema Friend. The downgrade takes place only 365 days after entering the level of Cinema Fan. As soon as the client purchases 52 or more cinema tickets, his or her status is automatically upgraded to the next level – Cinema Guru.

Cinema Guru

The status of Cinema Guru is given to any client who has purchased 52 or more cinema tickets during the 365 day period. If the client has not purchased 52 or more tickets during the next 365 day period since his or her upgrade, his or her status is downgraded to Cinema Fan. The downgrade takes place only 365 days after entering the level of Cinema Guru.

For all members of Cinema Club who have registered before the introduction of the new three-level Cinema Club system the loyalty year starts on November 17, 2011 (thus the possible downgrade will take place only on November 17, 2011).

For all members of Cinema Club who have registered after November 17, 2011 the loyalty year starts with their registration date.

For all members of Cinema Club who have changed their status to Cinema Fan or Cinema Guru after November 17, 2011 the loyalty year starts with the date of their status change.
